

| Official Representation and Grading Agreement |
| This Official Representation and Grading Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between: The Federation Board (hereinafter referred to as the “Federation”), and The National Representative(s) and Dojo Representative(s) (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Representative”). Article 1 – Purpose of the Agreement 1.1 The purpose of this Agreement is to define the rights, duties, and responsibilities of the Representative in relation to the official representation of the Federation and the organization, supervision, and execution of grading and promotion activities. 1.2 This Agreement ensures uniform standards, integrity, and quality within the Federation’s technical, ethical, and organizational framework. Article 2 – Official Representation 2.1 The Representative is officially authorized to represent the Federation within the assigned country, region, or dojo. 2.2 The Representative shall act in accordance with the statutes, bylaws, technical regulations, and ethical principles of the Federation. 2.3 The Representative shall not act in any manner that could damage the reputation, integrity, or credibility of the Federation. 2.4 Any public communication, event organization, or external cooperation carried out in the name of the Federation must comply with Federation policies. Article 3 – Grading and Promotion Authority 3.1 The Representative is authorized to organize, supervise, and conduct grading examinations up to the level approved by the Federation Board. 3.2 All grading and promotion activities must follow the official curriculum, technical requirements, and grading standards established by the Federation. 3.3 The Federation reserves the right to supervise, audit, or revoke grading authority in cases of non-compliance. 3.4 Higher-level gradings, black belt examinations, or special promotions may require prior written approval from the Federation Board. Article 4 – Responsibilities of the Representative 4.1 The Representative shall ensure that all instructors, assistants, and examiners under their authority are properly qualified and recognized by the Federation. 4.2 Accurate records of members, grades, examinations, and issued certificates must be maintained and submitted to the Federation upon request. 4.3 The Representative is responsible for ensuring fair, transparent, and objective grading procedures. 4.4 The Representative shall promote the values of respect, discipline, inclusivity, and personal development in line with the Federation’s philosophy. Article 5 – Federation Oversight 5.1 The Federation Board retains the ultimate authority over technical standards, grading recognition, and official appointments. 5.2 The Federation may appoint observers or examiners to attend grading events. 5.3 In the event of serious violations, the Federation may suspend or terminate this Agreement. Article 6 – Term and Termination 6.1 This Agreement enters into force on the date of signature and remains valid for an indefinite period unless otherwise stated. 6.2 Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice, subject to the conditions set by the Federation. 6.3 Upon termination, all rights to represent the Federation and to conduct grading activities immediately cease. Article 7 – Confidentiality 7.1 All internal documents, technical materials, and Federation information shared under this Agreement shall be treated as confidential. Article 8 – Governing Law 8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the internal regulations of the Federation and, where applicable, relevant international principles. Article 9 – Final Provisions 9.1 Amendments to this Agreement are valid only if made in writing and approved by the Federation Board. 9.2 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding its subject matter. |
| Dojo and National Representative Agreement |
| This Dojo and National Representative Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between: The Federation Board (hereinafter referred to as the “Federation”), and The National Representative(s) and Dojo Representative(s) (hereinafter individually and collectively referred to as the “Representative”). Article 1 – Purpose and Scope 1.1 The purpose of this Agreement is to formally appoint and regulate the role of National and Dojo Representatives within the Federation. 1.2 This Agreement defines the authority, responsibilities, and obligations of the Representative with regard to dojo management, national coordination, and the promotion of the Federation’s objectives. 1.3 The Representative acknowledges and accepts the authority of the Federation Board. Article 2 – Appointment and Representation 2.1 The Federation hereby appoints the Representative as an official National and/or Dojo Representative within a defined territory or dojo. 2.2 The Representative is authorized to act on behalf of the Federation only within the limits defined by this Agreement and the Federation’s regulations. 2.3 The Representative shall uphold the Federation’s values, traditions, technical standards, and ethical principles at all times. Article 3 – Duties of the National Representative 3.1 The National Representative shall coordinate Federation activities at the national level. 3.2 Responsibilities include: Supporting and supervising affiliated dojos; Implementing Federation policies and directives; Facilitating communication between the Federation Board and local dojos; Promoting unity, consistency, and technical quality nationwide. 3.3 The National Representative shall report regularly to the Federation Board. Article 4 – Duties of the Dojo Representative 4.1 The Dojo Representative is responsible for the daily operation and management of the dojo in accordance with Federation standards. 4.2 Responsibilities include: Ensuring qualified instruction; Maintaining discipline, safety, and ethical conduct; Registering members and grades correctly; Representing the Federation professionally at all times. Article 5 – Technical Standards and Grading 5.1 All training, examinations, and promotions must comply with the official curriculum and grading system of the Federation. 5.2 The authority to conduct grading examinations is subject to separate authorization by the Federation Board. 5.3 Unauthorized or unrecognized gradings shall be considered invalid. Article 6 – Use of Name, Logo, and Identity 6.1 The Representative is granted limited permission to use the Federation’s name, logo, and identity solely for official and approved activities. 6.2 Any misuse of Federation branding may result in disciplinary measures or termination of this Agreement. Article 7 – Federation Oversight and Discipline 7.1 The Federation Board retains the right to supervise, audit, and evaluate the activities of the Representative. 7.2 In cases of misconduct, non-compliance, or actions contrary to the Federation’s interests, the Federation may impose sanctions, suspension, or termination. Article 8 – Term and Termination 8.1 This Agreement enters into force on the date of signature and remains valid unless otherwise determined by the Federation Board. 8.2 Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice, subject to Federation regulations. 8.3 Upon termination, all representative rights and privileges immediately cease. Article 9 – Confidentiality 9.1 All internal Federation information, documents, and communications shall be treated as confidential. Article 10 – Governing Principles 10.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the Federation’s statutes, internal regulations, and generally accepted international principles of sports governance. Article 11 – Final Provisions 11.1 Amendments to this Agreement are valid only if made in writing and approved by the Federation Board. 11.2 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning its subject matter. |
